We often hear the term mood disorder; however, many are unaware of what it actually encompasses.  A mood disorder most commonly includes depression; although can also include other diagnoses such as Bip0lar Disorder.  Depression can range from mild to moderate to severe.  Many cope daily with depression while others may find its effects debilitating and unable to cope with daily life.  Help for depression can be found at Harper Psychological, PLC, where depressive symptoms are evaluated and a treatment approach is determined for each individual.  CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Treatment) is a common treatment option for depression.  CTA MFP png
